Overall the tournament was really good but there are still some things we can improve. I hope next year is going to be amazing.

POST SECONDARY DAY DEBRIEF
This last habit is where you need to renew yourself with the four key dimensions of life which are your body, your brain, your heart, and your soul. To keep you body healthy you need have good nutrition, good amount of sleep, physical relaxation, and proper exercise. With the mental part of your brain you need to be able to read, write, and learn new skills. Sometimes stress gets to peoples head when they work to much but that's why you need to add the body part with brain so you can relax. The next step to a successful life is by caring for your heart. This is with relationship such as with your girlfriend/boyfriend, friend, parents, or teacher. If you haven't noticed by now all the habits tie into together. With helping you heart just be around people who make you laugh and be happy. This with me you feel appreciated and just have a better time in life. The last step to an amazing life is caring for your soul. This is what really inspires you and makes you feel strong. Somethings that people say helps them is meditating, serving others, writing in a journal, and going for a walk. A place where a lot of people can go is just into nature. It is a place where nothing else can match it. No technology can beat it.You probably do a lot of sharpening the saw but now that you think about it, you should do it more. Often when you do somethings like be in athletics you can be doing two things at once like exercising and talking to others which is better for you emotionally.
Synergize is achieved when two or more people work together to create a better solution than either could alone. This happens in life all the time and without this our world would be nothing. If you are you on any sort of team like lets say soccer you cannot win with just one player doing all the work. If the sport was for 1 person, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't need 10 people on the pitch. This just doesn't just happen out of no where. It is a process where you need to be able to celebrate each others differences. If two people have different skills from each other but work well together, they can make an amazing team! To be able to synergize with others you need to be willing to be open and listen to everyones ideas. The way this works is in a awesome action plan. There are five steps you need to be able to have. Some of these skills were in previous habits. The steps are first, define the problem or opportunity, seek first to understand the ideas of others, seek to then be understood by sharing your ideas, create new options, and find the best solution to your best answer. With this you will be very successful in working together well.
We humans have a tendency of trying to helping others without really knowing how the other people feel. The habits of communication is vital to learn because the deepest need of someones heart is the feeling that they can be understood by someone. Instead of judging someone you need to try understanding what the other person is feeling in the time. Since we have twice as many ears as we do a mouth, we need to use those ears twice as much. Five poor listening skills are spacing out, pretend listening, selective listening, word listening and self-centred listening. Good listening skills are with very little words, more ton/feeling, and a lot of good body language. Another way really good way of making someone know you care and understand is by thinking like a mirror. It doesn't judge. Use mirroring language such as "As I get it, you felt that..." or "So, as I see it...". After you seek to understand then you need to complete the second part by creating courage to then seek to be understood. If you do both of these parts you will have a win-win situation. As you can see all the habits tie in together.
By thinking win-win you can win and help everyone around you succeed as well. Sometimes there can be a win-lose outcome, a lose-win situation, or a lose-lose outcome. If you start thinking about everyone around you too and want them to succeed but also care for yourself you can conquer and have a win-win situation. If you think of a win-win situation your habit three will come into play with the RBA. Sometimes this happens in life where you have to be the bigger person and take the time to think out a plan where both you and another person can succeed, just as Dawn Meeves did with her friend Pham. Her friend Pham joined the basketball team which Dawn was already on and stopped passing to her during games because Dawn was getting all the attention with her amazing shot. Because of jealousy this all happened. Being the bigger person Dawn took the matter into her own hands and thought of a way both of them could win. In the upcoming games Dawn started passing to Pham which made Pham happy so they were best of friends again.
Sometimes you need to start thinking about other around you and be nice to them or help them with anything they need help with. This can also be known as the RBA. The RBA is a relationship bank account is a own bank of yours where you count with "fake money" if you have a good relationship with someone or a bad relationship with someone. This does not have to be a relationship with your boyfriend or girlfriend but just maybe your friends, siblings, parents, or teachers. Some ways to help create a better relationship is by keeping promises, doing small acts of kindness, being loyal, listening to others, saying you are sorry, and setting clear expectations.
Sometimes people have so much in their schedule they tend to put school work and important stuff last. Now they need to learn to put first things first. It's all about learning how to prioritize and manage your time so you don't put less important things first. The type of person you want to be in life is the prioritizer because then you can get in the most stuff with the smallest amount of time. Some ways you can help yourself achieve this goal is by using a planner or any type of calendar. With this you can put information down, what you need to get done on whichever day you need it done on. Another way you can do this is by saying "no" to smaller rocks for you big rocks which is essentially your more important things. Management isn't all you need to have to get this habit down. You need to overcome fear and peer pressure. Sometimes the stuff blocking you from your goals is fear and peer pressure. Instead of staying in your comfort zone all the time, you need to step out into the courage zone and try things you are afraid of.
To make your own decisions never let fear take them for you. If you take a decision based on fear, that choice isn't really coming from you. People who have made all these heroic acts that you know about, do you think they based their choice off fear? Sometimes your friends come along and tell you to do something with them but you know on the inside that you should't go with them because you have a lot of stuff to do. Think twice before you act and tell them you can't and arrange another day to hang out with them. If you were to finish a thousand piece puzzle and didn't have the picture to it, how would you know where to start. It is the same with life. If you do not know which way you want your life to go how are you going to progress in life? You do not need to scale your entire life like what you want to be or where you want to live but you can picture small steps in which direction you want to put your life in. You are young right now and which path you take today could shape you up for you life. Some paths could ruin your life and some could be the best ones you ever make. A way to have a end in mind is to make a personal mission statement which is basically a motto that states what your life is about. Once you have you mission in place you will want to set goals. Goals are more specific than a mission statement. Your life is short so make your dreams and goals come true.
