Many groups presented a specific type of energy production. Here is my order of which ones I find are the best as a sustainable energy, based off of the presentations.
Solar - It is already used so much around the world - Can be used in most parts of the world - Affordable - Takes a lot of space which is a problem - Can be set up on roofs which is beneficial for infrastructure Wind - It is a resource that is easy accessible - Affordable - Space Efficient - It is expensive at first Hydro - Water makes up about 80% of the earth, so it is easily accessible - Clean, and does not produce gas emissions - Space efficient, because the turbine stays under water Tidal - No negative environmental impact - Easy to maintain, but costly in the beginning - Reliable/Predictable - Water makes up about 80% of the earth, so it is easily accessible Geothermal - It is a renewable energy source since the heat from the Earth is practically infinite - It can be very expensive in the beginning - If enough money is put into the production plants, then it is valuable - Does not harm the planet
