Question: How long does it take for a sea star to flip over in different light conditions? Hypothesis: The sea star will flip over faster in the dark. Experiment: 2 sea stars being tested. Both are flipped over in bright light, regular light, and dark light. Observations: Conclusions: The sea stars flipped over faster in bright light with the looks of the chart but my group still thought that the sea star would flip over faster in the dark because there we started off with bright light so the sea stars were not tired at all so they would flip over faster. Another reason we think this is the cause due to a sea star standing out differently from the others by going slower. Maybe it had a sickness which caused it to go slower.
